Ms. Smith has over 20 years experience representing creditors, trustees, creditors committees and debtors in Bankruptcy proceedings and in State Court litigation. This experience also includes three years of work in intellectual-property licensing which has given her an intimate knowledge of the interplay between IP and bankruptcy issues. Her current focus is in bankruptcy litigation.
