After law school, Mr. Harris served for two years as the law clerk to the Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of California, the Honorable Lloyd King. In the succeeding twelve years, Mr. Harris has represented numerous debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, and trustees in bankruptcy cases, plaintiffs and defendants in bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and plaintiffs and defendants in State court collection matters.
